Cuba
I enjoyed learning about Cuba because I didn't know anything about Cuba before. I also learned about famous Cuban people and learning about famous landmarks in Cuba.I like Cuba because of the beautiful water colour they have there. What I also like about Cuba is the scenic and historic landmarks in Cuba.
The only thing that I dislike about Cuba is how their old prime minister Fidel Castro isolated the country from the world. He wouldn't let them have cellphones and the would still have old cars from the 1960s.
Kia Ora Riki, I've really enjoyed reading through your blog post and Cuban slide. I also like the beautiful clear waters in Cuba, they remind me of Polynesian islands like Rarotonga. Cuba is so full of beautiful scenery and historical landmarks. Did you happen to find the colourful houses that line the coast in Havana? In the novel, the coast and colourful houses is Isabel's favourite place in Cuba. Perhaps you could take a look and let me know what you think?
